The Breville Dual Boiler is a great machine for aspiring baristas or for those who make coffee in high volume. Because the machine contains dual boilers, you can steam milk before your shot finishes extracting.
Choose from a single or double shot, or press the Manual button to set a particular shot volume. You can track the volume, as well as the brewing temperature, on the LCD screen. The machine features a manual steam wand for texturing milk to a fine microfoam, while an in-built pressure gauge will allow you to keep track of espresso extraction so you can work towards the perfect crema.
